EXCLUDING all the add on’s which include but are not limited to a 7 seater Dodge Van, 6 seater EZGO street legal golf cart, a 4 seater street legal Polaris General and a 2022 C8 Corvette. Restriction and conditions apply to the house as well as anything else agreed up. All agreed upon rentals will be on a mutually agreed upon contract signed by both parties.
